Trouble With the Game Crashing

Hi,

I've been having trouble lately with my game crashing. I have the latest oblivion and shivering Isles patches (running GOTY).

 

I have my load order uploaded as an attachment. Can anyone see what my problem is?

 

Edit: It looks like it crashes every single time i try to do the Grove of Reflection in the shivering Isles, too. Now, it crashes a lot, but usually i can just avoid whatever i did. This kinda sucks, cuz i don't think i can avoid it.

no responses? doesn't anyone have ANY idea? You don't actually have to download that load order to view it, it just opens a tab in your browser. well, firefox does, anyway

This is a known bug. Usually you cannot complete the quest if you are using a custom race, or mod armor.

that makes sense. I was using imperial dragon armor, but i have the Better imperial Dragon Armor mod and i changed that mod myself to put some nasty enchantments on it. I'll try that now.

Well, i couldn't get it to work, even if i put all of my stuff in a container far away. I ended up just using the console to advance the quest stage. I don't like doing that, but it worked.
