Zephrim
Hello, I have purchased some time ago the GoTY version of Oblivion, with Shivering Isles and Knights of Nine included, and, for the past couple of years have been experiencing the vanilla world(while patched with Shivering and the latests unofficial patches ) with a load of mods. Recently I heard that the Knights of Nine expansion Included a lot of the official DLC released, but I haven't found any documentation in the files within my Oblivion, nor have I received any content , besides Knights of Nine, when I do load Knights of nine. So I wanted to ask you folks if you do know if I'm doing something wrong, or if that Knights of Nine includes Frostcrag, Horse Armor etc. is just a rumour. David Brasher
I know for sure that it does not include Horse Armor and if it includes Frostcrag, I have never seen it. I think it is just a rumor. But it is well worth playing anyway.
Argomirr
If I'm not mistaken, the GOTY edition only contains SI and KotN. The separate KotN disc does contain some other DLC.
Pronam
You're both correct. The GOTY edition contains 2 discs: the Oblivion disc and the second disc only containing the shivering isles and the Knights of the Nine. If you have bought the Knights of the Nine Package separately you'll also get Horse Armor, The Orrery, Wizard’s Tower, Vile Lair, Thieves Den, Mehrunes’ Razor and Spell Tomes. Zucabr
There's a little understandable confusion going on here. There are, in fact, TWO "Knights of the Nine" products. The first one is an official retail box compilation (or expansion pack, if you will) of the standalone DLC mods Frostcrag Spire (Wizard's Tower), Deepscorn Hollow (Vile Lair), Dunbarrow Cove (Thieves Den), Spell Tomes, Orrery, Mehrune's Razor, Horse Armor Pack, and Knights of the Nine [but not Battlehorn Castle (Fighter's Stronghold), which is a seperate, once-free, sort of hard to get DLC mod]; it is also confusingly named Knights of the Nine. The second product is just plain Knights of the Nine DLC, the single standalone mod. It sounds like you have the DLC, not the disc compilation. Edit: Erm, I wrote this post, tabbed away, and forgot to post it. I did so now, and it was late. :P
