Hype the time quest, screen glitch

S yeah, Hype the time quest, good game and just installed on my new comp, it's worked fine on my old one but on this one I have an issue with the screen, a rectangle shows recent frames flashing between each one (see pics)

So how come this weird rectangle insists on ruining the games look? and how do i stop it?
