LE a simple coin replacer

i have searched for a mod that simply replaces septims with more realistic looking nord themed coins and all i found was a few mods that put in some other coins beside septims into skyrim world, bit none of them is quite what i'm looking for.

I was wandering if some one is willing to make a simple replacement of standard septim coins (that looks to perfectly round and to perfectly stamped-molded or wtvr) with someting like this:

heralds are not bad... not exactly what i've expected but it'll do for now
