It is possible.

You'll gonna need toolset,a human(or a dwarf savegame to apply dwarf's voice to the human).

Open those two with toolset saves. They are located in documents/bioware/dragon age/characters.

Open the folders who are named after your characters.Open the saves.

In toolset,go to savegame_playerchar,now savegame_playerchar_char,scroll down and when you see the savegame_player_soundset and savegame_default_soundset(you'll see ss_pc_m(m-male,f-female)dwarf_(wise,cocky etc) ,copy the dwarf's sounds (right click and copy value).

Paste the sounds to the human, close the dwarf save, and save the human save with exactly same name.

If it doesn't work, then I don't know how will it work.

Just so you know... bumping your thread is considered spam here. Dont want you to get into trouble

Shame has it right, if you're wanting to change the PC voiceset. Other than you need to paste value not paste. Paste will add a new line, rather than just pasting the numbers/name.

If you're talking about NPC characters, such as say.... a random dwarf in Orzammar.... MUCH more work. You'd need to toolset the entire phrase(s) for what they are going to say, and HOPE that their soundset has those words pre-recorded. Otherwise, you're going to end up with a female voice that is choppy and monotone, and sounds like an old 1989 generic voice message.

A single bump after 24 hours is acceptable. After 4 months its actually bordering on thread necromancy. But, as it's just resurrecting a question that was never answered the first time We will allow it. It takes up no more space than a new topic asking the same question.

The no bump rule is intended for those people who try to keep their topic at the top of the board or who can't wait for an answer. If you really need to add something to your post, and it's been less than a day, use the edit function.

I was wondering something much the same myself, since you are as a PC limited to what you can say, it was a rather annoying stick that in mass effect the PC actually talked, and in DA:O you were only talking during combat. I could have done without the repetitive combat sayings in favor of hearing your PC actually talk during conversations. I do wonder if it is possible?

As for moving voices from one race to another for during combat, it probably is possible with the toolset, though I can't begin to understand the thing.
