LE Is This Possible?

So, we have teleportation mods, transformation mods, summoning mods, flying mods, a mod that allows you slow time, a mod that gives you movable wings, a mod that allows you to fly, command and controle dragons, and even a mod that gives you the chance to become King of Skyrim. All of which makes you feel like a god, and I love this. With all of that being said, I have a special request. There's a new game coming out for the PS4 and Xbox One called "Lord of the Rings Middle Earth: Shadow of Morder", here is the link to a video -----> (www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ps7puWAz1E). After the first fight scene there's a moment in the video during a small chase when the character goes into wraith mode and does this like flash step attack. I was wondering whether or not someone can make a mod that allows you to do something similar if not exactly just like that. I feel as though this would make combat for the player even more interesting and fun. I'm sure it's no simple task, but it's a special request. Here's an idea of how it can work. I'm always using a controller when ever I'm playing Skyrim, so if the mod was successful brought to life, I would create it as a power mod, allowing it to be placed in the shouts section of the players abilities so you would press the shout button when the ability is selected and go into wraith mode, and you stay in that mode until you press the shout button again to toggle off wraith mode. Now, when the player is in wraith mode your normal attacks turn into that flash step attack the character does in the video. Slowing down time while in this mode would also be pretty cool, but it's not necessary. I personally think if this mod was created for Skyrim the camera would function better without time being slowed or paused while in wraith mode. Like I said this is just a special request. I saw this video and fell in love with not only the game but the abilities in the game as well and I figured this ability would be awsome for Skyrim. Just an idea :)

Or, if you have a real keyboard - assign a unused key and you won't have to pause the game to scroll through all of the shouts, just hit that key and done.
