idea for new mod, cant do it myself though

i've got an idea for a mod for fallout 3, or actually :

 

the first one includes a weapon, and the second a real flashlight.

 

 

the weaponmod:

 

i was thinking lately about a weapon that shoots waves of energy like this:

you've seen harry potter casting his first patronus, like that wave and effect.

the wave cannon, very very slow recharge rate (10 / 15 seconds), massive damage (2 blows or 3 and an behemoth is gone).

 

and second the flashlight mod:

 

just an plain old flashllght like in doom3 even usable as club.

Lol, I love the smileys. I can't really help you with the first idea tbh, but it may be useful for you to know that the fallout engine doesn't support directional light. There was a directional piplight mod but that's down for now, so I'm not really sure how it was made.

to bad for the flashlight mod, would made a huge difference in gameplay, but what can't be done that can't be done(i hope i can be done though).

 

and for the weapon i hope someone else can do it...

ps i searched for that mod that went down, not even a trace of it, only rare memories, just as yours....

and what about the street lights, they have some sort of dirrectional light, (fallout street light mod + wasteland addon).
