Hi, thanks in advance if anyone decides to help me out here. I've somehow managed to constistently get crashes without error while loading upon entering solitude, and by entering I mean from the front door, coc commands and coc to various buildings inside solitude which worked until I tried to exit to the city where it crashed. I have been able to fix every other CTD I've encountered, and I've cleaned my mods with TES5Edit for dirty edits. This is my BOSS load order; yeah I know that's a lot of mods. Also the incompatible SkyRe Races and EnhancedCharacter Edit notification is invalid because it's patched.

honestly I can't find a problem with your mods, or load order. it might just be a problem with your install. try doing a clean install, then with mods active. see if that helps :smile:

 

I had only this week reinstalled it. :s I will try this tomorrow and report the result. Would it be preferable to use Wyne Bash, Mod Organiser or Nexus Mod Manager to reinstall all of them? (I was using NMM)

If you can reproduce the CTD, the simplest method of troubleshooting is to disable your mods in groups and gradually filter the list to test to see which one, when disabled, allows you to enter the Solitude worldspace without CTDs. Start with all the plugins not recognized by BOSS, disable them all, test, then start from the bottom of the load order if nothing changes by disabling mods in groups of 10. Work you way up until you find the group that, when disabled, does not trigger the CTD, then filter that group to find the one plugin that is responsible.

 

Also, uninstall 'Safety Load', and move to either the latest SKSE 1.7 alpha or SSME for the memory fix.

I updated to SKSE 1.7 alpha, then disabled all my mods in the order you said, and it still crashes, with everything disabled. I will try reinstalling Skyrim later.
