Need help expanding the viewable area of my in-game map, to cater to t

Hello!

 

I need help expanding the viewable area of my in-game map, because i need to beable to see past the borders of the map where you can not scroll any farther. The reason i need to do so is because of a mod i have that goes out side of the map areas.

BTW i have Oblivion: GOTY, i have shivering isles and Knights. I am using OBSE and OBMM. The mod that requires me to go out of the maps range is, Elsweyr the Deserts of Anequina.
