Archive Invalidation help

Hello there, for the past 3 days I have been painstakingly trying my hardest to solve my problem, So far the methods that are available out there results in me getting a mixture of, missing textures, big exclamation marks, pink screen of death ,and UI mods stop working. I have reinstalled the game completely for 3 times now and I have followed gophers modding clinic and his begginers tutotiral.. I tried different mod managers such as NMM, FOMM, and MO.. Although MO is weird, it loads everything outside but when inside it goes crazy. I don't know what else to do right now but ask for help.

Okay this is really weird. I disabled some of the mods particularly millenias individual releases and everything goes normal. Except for the trees, I'll try to remedy the trees by installing flora overhaul to see if it would stop or I could disable the mods that changes anything related to the trees. I tried removing the vault flora overhaul, but it wasn't the cause for the flickering trees

 

 

Edit: OKAY ****. SERIOUSLY. I pinpointed the problem and it was zzClothes.esp. I am filled with joy and disappointment that after 3 days of frustration, the problem was a single .esp clothes. IT WAS A CLOTHING MOD. OH MY GOD.

The problem is probably not to do with any specific mod, but to the fact that you are using way too many mods. Never run the game with more than 139 active files (right now you have 155).
