stebbinsd Posted June 8, 2014 Share Posted June 8, 2014 According to the ReadMe for "Bank of Cyrodiil," this is "a 7zip self-extracting file wrapped in zip file for maximum compression." I have no idea what that means, but I followed the instructions and used 7zip to extract the mod to my Oblivion folder. However, it doesn't appear in my "data files" section of my Oblivion Launcher, nor does it appear in my OBMM. I've used 7zip to extract mods to my data folder before; I know how it works, but I have a feeling that my problem may have something to do with the fact that this mod is "maximum compression" or something.
