How do you survive the wasteland?

For me, surviving the wastes is simple if you got enough caps.

And what I do to get caps, is find weapons, repair weapons, and sell the weapons.

I also kill people for their weapons instead of buying them. So that I make more caps.

So what do you do for a living in Fallout 3?

TV and VCR repair. Kidding, almost. Using Repair Rethought Reborn, I go through the waste soaking up all the weapons and tin I can, stockpiling them in my house or base. Periodically I do mass repair-selloffs to buy big ticket items, though for your day to day expenses I usually just end up selling off cigarettes and junk.

 

I also moonlight as an assassin. It's honestly nowhere near as profitable. XD

My biggest income is always the leftovers of the shooting .... ejem ... i mean weapons, armor, etc. the problem was always the weight, can't take everything :wallbash:
