[REQUEST] Witch Hunter Armor (Custom)

Ok I know my last request was stupid and overbearing but this time I have something reasonable (and something though of when not sleep deprived). I ask for a custom armor for my Witch Hunter. I would like it to look like my RP character's armor which can be found via my DeviantART Portfolio. If you can't find it then you have to be blind because it is the only thing in there. Don't worry about the back though there are only three little leather pouches where the belt is and the boots and the bottom of the outfit look similar to Nexon's Altair Gear. What I do want though is that the skirt be free moving like the chains and roots but only if possible.
