Getting really tired of this

So I have been trying to get my Fallout 3 GOTY edition to run right with mods for days now. I have reinstalled the game a dozen times, removing all folders, redownloading mods, and doing all other things to fix this.

 

The mods I want to use is EVE, IronSights, Wasteland Mastery, Level 50-100 mod, Ultimate Perk Packs, Level cap and stat workaround, 2 Perks per level, and lastly the stat mod that shows your stats past 100. I forgot the name, but it's a pretty unknown mod that adds a nice little item that shows you your true stat numbers.

 

Now no matter what I do and no matter what the load order I either drop to like 10 FPS while fighting, or 20 FPS while walking after getting into the wasteland. Sometimes it drops to 20-30 while at the birthday party in the beginning. I run a pretty heavy FONV and that runs at 60 all the time without any drops or crashes. I have used LOOT to try and fix the load order, I have changed the load order a million times and it still will not run correctly.

 

My specs are FX-6350, HD7950, 8GB ram, W7 64-bit Ultimate, etc. The kind of specs that should crush this game. I know it is badly optimized but I run it perfectly without mods.

Am I missing something here or does this just not want to run for me? I am also using the stutter remover, .ini thread change to stop the crashes, etc.

Everything is up to date. I have just given up I'm tired of this. No matter what I do it runs like crap with a single mod yet perfectly without them. None of those should be conflicting at all. I just tested it now and it runs perfectly without any mods.

 

I redownloaded everything over the weekend and I still get the same issues, where looking certain directions drops me to 40 FPS then when I get shot or into any fight it drops down to 10-15FPS. It is only F03 that does this, because FONV has no issues at all.

all I can offer you are game enhancers specific to your PC, I would have to make them custom to fit it.

Eh that's too much work, don't worry about it. I'll just have to play it vanilla (as boring as that is after using mods for so long). What I might do is a long test over a week or two to see what the issue is. I'll play it vanilla for 3-4 hours then add in say the stutter remover then play another 3-4 hours. I'll do this until I figure out which mod is the issue, or if it's just my computer not liking F03.

 

Edit: Okay so it worked great for about 2 hours with mods and now it runs like crap at 10-25FPS all the time. It has to be a memory leak or something with certain mods.

Have you tried installing the fallout stutter remover? I had crap preformance until I used this.
