LE Female Shrouded Cowl mantle

I'm asking this here because I've been unable to find anyone else even mentioning this problem.

 

Is there a mod/can a mod be made that adds the mantle (the part that rests on the shoulders, with the clasp) on the Shrouded Cowl for female characters? You can see it in the inventory, and in the concept art for the armor. It's also present on the male version of the armor. (not originally; I think the Unofficial Skyrim Patch fixed that)

 

Again, this is specifically for the female version of the armor. If you need me to provide screenshots of the difference from the male version, please let me know.
