I would really appreciate any insight. Thank you! Edit: I have the DLC files checked, but no DLC on my game. Should I get the DLC/Should I disable the DLC patches? I would run FO3edit, it will tell you if you are missing masters.I'm not too sure, I just unchecked them and it still doesn't work. I haven't got FO3edit, being fairly new to modding. I'll get that and run it and see if it helps, and also check if there is an EVE master file as I think one of the masters requires the EVE ones to run.
