Mod Creation Control

May be I am wrong, but here is my idea:

There are not many mods for Oblivon, but I am sure after a month or two there will be many.

And many free or not so "free" houses will come from the new mods.

And in the end it will be very hard to choose which mod to use, especially the house mods.

It will be good when someone that want to create a house mod to have an opportunity to check is the place is free and there are not other houses. In this way you can use all hose mods and don't be afraid that there will be some troubles.

Why this? Imagine that you found a good house mod and you start useing this house, put a lot of things in there (mannequins, display cases, ....) and after a while you foung a new house mod, better from the old one that you use, but it's on the same spot and if you want to use the new one you must first empty your old house, save, exit, dellete the old mod, start the game, load, then again save, exit, activate the new mod, start the game, load and start to "fill" the new house.

In the end the idea: a map for Oblivion like the one from the tamriel rebuilt project ( www.tamriel-rebuilt.org ) with available spots for houses, shops, castles and so on.

p.s.: sorry for my bad english
