Roukan Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 I can't do this myself as I'm an idiot, but could someone upload a file that makes it so the towns don't seem so... barren? By this I mean add lots more random NPCs to towns. I'm not asking for quests, just random NPCs walking the streets and maybe a couple more houses for them to live in.
