Exactly, I woundn't care about my safety. It is them I care about and the way it works is, all that adrenaline pumps through the blood causing a peak of muscle activity which will allow your hand to hand swings to be rock smashing blows. If I was in the Grey Warden's Position (The City Elf) I would punch the Arl's Kidneys out of his body with all the rage and frusturation built up from the amount of strife he caused. Besides, I AM the Greay Warden so why can't I choose the actions off my mind rather than what they want your mind to be?

Understand the neccesity of it, just a minor annoyance is all.

You personally wouldn't fight a group of armed men with your bare hands when you have no hand to hand expertise would you?

Below the belt spam? :)

Depends how badass your PC is. If someone was going to rape your friends or relatives would you really consider your own safety anyway?

I'm more into wait until the right moment then strike rather than charging at directly. Personally if I was captured, I would wait then slit him when he is not looking and stab his mates in the gut.

I'd aim a little bit further below the belt if it was me doing the stabbing ;)

Another thing that annoyed me and made me generally enraged was a side ques that is availabe while trying to do the Unrest in the Alienage quest.

Which is when you side with the blind templar to investigate to orphanage.

The ammount of charred bodies, violence, and blood of orphaned children in every room,

just represented something of incredible bad energy that was unbearably saddening.

And simply slaying the demon that is dwelling in the orphanage

after he stabs the old, blinded templar who was almost done with his templar duties in the back with a giant rake like thing

Wasn't enough to simply make me 'feel' better about the situation.

And also that NO other npc's except the deranged cray woman outside the orphanage and the templar care about the situation or even do some form of mourning made it worse.

:(

They are suffering from DGASS;

Dont Give a **** Syndrome

. Sorry if thats considered profane, just thought it was funny. Off topic, anyone watch TGWTG.com?

Personally I was hoping for new dialogue options once you'd finished the game once. Sort of like a Meta-Awareness of what was going to happen.
