Is Shivering Isles multilanguage?

So, last day I bought at eBay Shivering Isles expansion (yesz!), but I've bought a British version of the game.

 

I'm sure that the voices and the user guide will be written in English, but... could I install the Spanish dialogues or I will see the texts in English?

My understanding is that you are stuck with the language of the game you bought. You could dump lots of effort into making mods to change the language of your version, but it would be a lot easier to just buy another copy of the game in the language you want.

 

So for the vanilla dialog, messages, and item names, you can't simply change a setting somewhere to go from English to Spanish.

In the other post I was translating the ShadowWalker armor from English to Spanish (I have the Spanish version of the game), so that's why I asked about the Abandoned Mine and all those things.

 

In this post, I'm asking if SI comes with multilanguage option (like Ko9) or it's single languaged, like the Vanilla Oblivion CD installer.
