runn1ng12 Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 :wallbash: well i just got my computer fixed.oblivion works fine.but now the game freezes and green "stuff" appears over the screen. i still hear audio.and to top that.oblivion failed to initialize renderer. I would really appreciate if someone helped me :sweat: . but also i looked at the CD recently.it had scratches.not finger prints just scratches.and had some scratches in circles.these didnt look like finger nail scratches. its probably the disc. o_O :thanks: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would cost a bit of money, but you probably ought to replace your CD-ROM so that you can eliminate that possible cause from your list of diagnostic possibilities. I think you might be right.i just installed fallout 3 again.it also failed to initialize renderer.but the fallout 3 disc is very clean.i doubt its the disc.i think it's just how my computer is acting *Edit*Just found out that its my driver : NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GTX"This device cannot start (error code 10 ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
