Pyrosocial
Man…..what justice is this?! A solider does us a favor, in self defense no less, and Uncle Sam turns a blind eye?
Sarya
That's quite a self-defence, when to defend yourself you need to shoot an unarmed and probably handcuffed prisoner to death. He must be a really dangerous person if he threatens a life of a well-trained armed soldier like that. Also, that propagandist tone of an article is... familiar, no? Pyrosocial
Still, if I was a C.O. and this guy was the one who ordered an attack that killed some of my guys then I would kill him too. But that’s not the point, the point is a man who was serving his country got locked away for killing a terrorist who has killed lots of people. Its unjust! Sarya
Unfair is the word you seek, not unjust. No single man can decide to execute someone and call it justice, especially when he has personal reasons. That what courts are for. Or, if that was just, then I suppose this terrorist could justify his crimes as well. He had a country to defend too.
Pyrosocial
Hmmm.....very true, but the terrorist kill their own countrymen.
Sarya
There's not a word about that in the article. There's not even a word, that this man, Mansur, was actually guilty of the attack, only suspected. If there is more evidence, then it's not there. Pyrosocial
did they not say he was a known member?
Sarya
Does that automatically make him a murderer of every Al-Qaeda victim? And not deserving a fair trial?
Pyrosocial
No it does not, even if he didnt kill anyone he ordered it to happen. like charles manson. he had no blood on his hands, he just ordered his "Family" to kill, but he is still a murderer none the less.
