Mod that adds more characters for bandits, necromancers, marauders etc

Hi, I'm looking for a mod that makes so there are more than like 2 human bandit characters that repeat, etc. I think Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul does this, unfortunately I've had it conflict with other mods. So I'm looking for a different mod than adds more enemy NPCs... (variety is more important but greater numbers could be good too).

Thanks

This would be something which is part of the leveled lists, and therefore would conflict with any other mod that makes changes to leveled spawn lists.

Not sure on what you're actually asking for as there are usually 2 actors for every race within each of those, and most don't live very long after spawning to matter what their face looks like.

Adds about 8 new races/faces(I think there's more than one face for each new race but I might be wrong) to the leveled list and one specifically requires OOO and MMM so obviously no conflicts with them.

Also couldn't having the bashed patch merge the leveled list easily fix those compatibility issues Vagant, or would there still be some issues?

Their problem was with having mods they already use that interfere with OOO.

As for bashed patches, while it might be an option, there can occasionally be issues if both mods add new things which exist only in that mod to the lists. But in fairness, I really havn't looked into the matter much as it's usually always better to just avoid conflicts from the start instead of trying to figure out ways to work around it. Technically, the better option would be to just create a few duplicates of existing NPCs, with random faces, within the mod that already alters these lists, just for personal use (essentially merging the two). However, that option is not always available for those who don't know how.

If you have some time and patience, you could build your own leveled list to parallel the original one. It can include all the original bandits duplicated with new form IDs, plus the ones you add with new faces and/or equipment. You could go hogwild and double or triple the number of bandit NPC actor possibilities. Since it is your own leveled list, it won't have a hard conflict with anyone's mod. Then you can place a few hundred new spawn points around Tamriel with 25% chance of spawn right next to all the existing bandit spawn points. This could create a subjective soft conflict with other mods in that sometimes there would be too many bandits in one place, but fighting bandits is fun and you said it would be okay if there were more enemies.
