Hello.

I have read the readme carefully and installed the FWE properly yet it still crashes on startup. I have every mod it requires. The FAQ says that it will crash on startup if CRAFT or CALIBR is missing but I have them. I also have FOSE and ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!. Please help.. here is my load order :

Fallout3.esm

CALIBR.esm

CRAFT.esm

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm

FakePatch_v1.5.0.22c.ESM

CALIBRxMerchant.esp

Stealthboy Recon Armor - CRAFT.esp

CRAFT - Activation Perk.esp

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp

I also tried Masterupdate with FO3Edit mut it didn't help

Fakepatch. Seariously... Why are you even still using that hacker poop? Do yourself a favor...

Update grapics card drivers, Intall fallout 3 to somewhere like C:/bethesdasoftworks/fallout3, buy the DLC's (yeah they be worth it), download an run the 1.7 patch, Fallout3.esm at the top, then the DLC's right after in the order they were released, launch the default launcher not FOMM set all the grapics settings, find the tweek guide an tweek that stuff out, run a random game to test how smooth it's running while changing settings.

Then FOMM, FOSE, FO3edit, GECK (don't forget to update GECK) all get installed to C:/bethesdasoftworks/fallout3 (where the data folder is, not in the data folder) Then you are launching the game from FOMM which launches the correct version of FOSE for 1.7, install the mods you wanted on your tested smooth install of fallout an DLC's patched to 1.7, one at a time is best until you know what you are doing. .ESM after the DLC.ESM's then all the .ESP after that.

Then go to nexus downloads, search "web" an click on web-ensized FO3edit guide by CSB. Use the guide to create a merge patch to merge the lists data in your mods, fix the merge patch, fix the mods top to bottom, create overrides if needed, master update, play.

You could also read the pinned topics here at nexus forums which would have a more detailed guide on how to install mods, an make a fallout 3 build.
