LE Ring of Weapon Enchant?

I am a long time fan of the bound spells. Been a fan since Oblivion. But I am also a fan of enchanted gear. Sadly, the two do not seem to mesh in Skyrim, as you cannot apply a weapon enchantment to a bound weapon. Then, while flipping through a D&D 3.5 book, I had an idea: Why not enchant a ring or gauntlets to apply these enchantments to weapons?

 

To clarify, I am looking for a mod that does the following:

• Enables the player to put weapon enchantments on a ring/pair of gloves.
• For said enchantment to then be applied to any and all weapons wielded by the player (but only while being used; not permanent)

Is this request possible in Skyrim? Or am I asking too much?
