rebalious
The only "game" I can see this Natal working for is Second Life. But I'm a pessimist.

Vagrant0
And it'll all be replaced with the omni-configurable holographic control interface (windows + touchscreen - limitations of a physical surface). Allows controls to be beneath or above other controls, spherical button layouts, as well as doubling as the display surface. Downside is that it won't happen for atleast another 20 years. rebalious
A holographic controller sounds so much better than a wave your arms about madly and try to look cool method of control.

Part of the reason why you have to wait 20 years, the FDA moves rather slowly on this sort of thing. The mind control is another one, but that won't last very long once it is found that most American gamers can't concentrate long enough to use it. rebalious
Foolish fool we wont need retinas when the images are hooked into your brain via raw optic nerves. As for implants I would rather get some sort of Mocap glove.
Thor.
Just wait tell brainwave gaming comes around, you wont need a controller or moving your hands or feet. Its coming soon as you search for that topic in the Debates section :whistling: i can see that happening with holograms as you can move objects in real time with your mind, maybe even some censorial feedback to your brain, touch, feel that kind of stuff.
