You can find that helmet on FOOK , as for the armor ill try to do it but no promises .

Thanks, I think it will look amazing if you can pull it off. By the way I think one of the effects whould be increased movement spead since it is pretty much PA without the heavy plating on it.

I was wondering if someone would like to make an armor like this, I think it looks amazing, like a vault suit with and exoskeleton and a stripped down PA helmet.

Hmmmm I have two ideas that might work, without a lot of labor. I'll look into making a mockup/demo model (or possibly a few), time permitting.

OK so this is all the armor plates I can separate from the chinese stealth armor. There's essentially just one vertex group so the seperating has to be done painstakingly by hand. However I believe this is our best bet. The power armor models don't come close to the sleek aesthetics of the stealth suit.

There is also a seam near the dividing line on the texture for the upper chest plate. If we remove the lower chest plate and girdle, we have;

Then we layer that over a cut down version of a armored vault jump suit (include belt but remove shoulder pads and bandolier from the jumpsuit) and you have all the basics. It should be very lore friendly since it just uses existing assets. There are a few emitters (glowing discs) on the suit that can be enlarged and colored blue via a new glow map. Those won't look lore, but you could say it's a prototype or an advanced model of chinese stealth armor that was adapted.

Ignore the helmet, that won't be used (probably a power armor helmet will be the base). The pic essentially has the jumpsuit as a giant onesie showing through the sabaton (foot) of the armor. So I thought I deleted the black boots and started forming calves so boots could be put on (low or high) over the greaves (shin guards). However now I'm thinking of putting the black rubber/leather boots that are stock with the vault jumpsuit back on since they could go under the sabatons and greaves. I'll probably do both.

 

So this is the lore friendly version, it uses only existing parts and will also be used for the vault 22 survivors in teh honest hearts expansion (with a few tribal touches. Yours will have a metal texture for the armor parts, glow maps for the blue energy, large emitters (glowing discs) and a power armor modified helmet.

 

Just wanted you to know I havn't forgotten about your request.

Thanks, I think it should be another armor mashup for our vault 22 peeps (once we add some additional tribal touches, change the vault jumpsuit number to 22, and add some other faction items like ncr or legion attire). I'm also thinking of making them a custom race and adding some green shading on their skin texture (not everywhere, but some strategic areas, like in the crevices and wrinkles of the skin, and a very light green patch here and there). Should give a hint to their infection/symbiosis of the vault 22 plant tech.

 

But I'll copy this over to the HH thread.
