REAL Air Raid Bunker (Building Replacer)

Hello All !!!!

All the Time i play Fallout and Walk in the Ruins of Dc i See this Bad Unrealistic Bunkers (Pictures) And i just Hate them , so i have the Idea to Replace this Buildings With REAL Air Raid Bunkers .In Real life i Document Air Raid Bunkers (High Bunkers , Deep Bunkers and old Miltary Ruins) so i have many Pictures and Plans of these Buildings , the only thing i dont know is how to Create a Mod for fallout 3 , so if a Modder want to do this i can give plans and pictures of these Buildings , i have Attach some Examples on this Topic , if someone Interssted send me a Pm or Add me per ICQ or MSN , sry for spelling mistakes im come from germany my english is not perfect =)
