All In One Basement v1

 

This oblivion mod adds a basement to each house you can purchase. What makes this building mod unique is the fact that it's the same basement no matter which house you buy. Buy one house or buy all of them; the basement stays the same. This gives the player one consistant area to store all his loot.

 

This isn't one of those gaudy super mansion mods. There aren't endless hallways full of display cases. This mod is for people who like a small, practical area to store things and live in. There is plenty of room to setup your alchemy stuff and make potions, or display your favorite weapons. There is no useless clutter to remove from every container when you move in.

 

The player can't use this mod to gain access to houses he doesn't already own. Protection against this has been built into the mod.

Installation:

 

-Extract the contents of the .zip file into your Oblivion/Data folder.

 

-When the Oblivion launcher loads, choose "Data Files" and make sure the AllInOneBasment.esp is selected.

I like this mod ... you're not overdoing it like most other house mods

will post it on my site as well (presume thats allowed ?)

I like this mod too, it is a good idea, but instead fast travelling it enables user an instant/warp like travel between citys. I know u have to have a house that you own but it enables even faster traveling.
