Spawn-O-Matic & Sharing and Caring Companions.

I know that Sharing and Caring has a new Vegas version, but it's not nearly the same.. You can't talk to anybody you want to like in Fallout 3, and Spawn-O-Matic allowed you so greatly in combination with S&C Companions to make your own wasteland.

 

I for example spawned ghouls and gave them some combat armour as cheap guards to a settlement or so, I'd love to do it here by spawning some with Spawn-O-Matic and then changing their gear with Sharing and Caring.. Good times.

That combined with Sharing and Caring should allow you to change the gear of most humanoid NPCs.

I think I have it, but it simply isn't near everybody.. Only vanilla characters I think. :]

Any idea about the Spawn-O-Matic? I took your advice on the other one. Anybody wanan give a shot at making it?

Also aibt of an off question.. How can I figure out the spawn code for a modded item easily?

Drop the item, click on it in the console, then type 'GBO'. Bam. Done.

 

If you don't have a copy of it to hand, then go through the GECK with the file loaded and look for it there. That can take a while, though.
