Console runscript commands no longer work

A few days ago the console stopped working all together i could get the console to activate but none of the runscript commands worked. I reformatted the computer and installed DAO.

 

Same problems.

 

Yes i ran the update patch.

 

The console does work. However no scripts are available.

 

I changed KB layouts to see if that was the problem, checked caps lock, num lock, .e.t.c.

 

Disabled firewall and av.

 

The shortcut target is ok (obviously).

Well..

 

I looks like it came back on it's own.

 

I really don't like intel.
