someonejm
Since I have experienced this rather irritating bug fairly often and yet have not been able to find any documentation on it, I'll post my experience with it here in hopes that someone else can benefit from it (and also in hopes that someone with a greater understanding can expand on it). In multiple installs of the game, with different combinations of mods (although usually with both KCAS and Scorn's Vampirism loaded) I have encountered a bug which causes my magicka and or stamina(fatigue) to either drop to negative 60,000~70,000 or raise similarly. The negative stats obviously make the game unplayable, but the inflated stats are gamebreaking and make me feel like I am cheating any time I use a spell or notice that no matter how much I swing my big Hammer'O'Doom my strikes are 100% power. Thats all I can really say about the bug itself without having a question to directly answer, however I have discovered that the bug has several incarnations which I will go into further depth about. Gear Related: When the stat bug is caused by gear that modifies your stats, the simple but temporary solution is to remove all equipment, open the console and "Setav stat 0" "stat" of course being the affected stat. Update: This happens as a result of level ups, making the bug much easier to predict and far less annoying to correct. Blood Starvation Related: This will only apply to people running Scorn's Vampirism (as far as I know). Upon entering blood starvation occasionally my maximum fatigue would raise to over 60,000. When feeding, or more accurately when ridding myself of blood starvation my maximum fatigue would revert to normal, but current fatigue would drop to NEGATIVE 60,000~70,000 thus forcibly driving my characters face into the dungeon floor for the next 10 real world minutes while regenerating the lost fatigue. My solution for this is to reload an earlier save, unless you have something else to do for the next little while. I have yet to discover if there are any other circumstances under which this will manifest itself but I will update accordingly if I do. If anyone else has information or questions regarding the above, I would love to hear from you.
Eiries
Sounds like you already know the problem; it's probably Scorn's Vampirism. I don't use vampire mods myself, but I know most vampire mods tend to clash with a lot of stuff. Spell mods, overhauls, etc. Try putting it waaay at the bottom of your load list. I assume you have OBMM, since you're using OBSE and such. See if that helps.

As for the cause of it, I agree Scorn's Vampirism(SV) is the likely suspect but I do not think it is the sole cause, I'm quite convinced it is a combination of Scorn's and KCAS (Kobu's Character Advancement System). Especially considering the revelation I just had when I noticed the Gear Related issue immediately following a level up. I'll have to look into those two mods and how they interact a bit more. That said, SV is and always will be a beta (the developer deserted the project, leaving more than a couple bugs I'm sure) unless someone else picks it up. Thanks for your feedback.
