MBPolk Posted February 9, 2010 Share Posted February 9, 2010 Ok, I have installed three mods which are telling me i need the game version of 1.02. I have went to the main update page and gotten the update that says 1.02a and they are still not working. The 3 that i have are these. 1 Return to Ostagr2 The Winter Forge3 The Cleric ClassMod Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong or have they not updated the game in a while and it is stuck at 1.02a Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It won't help you with the others so it ain't really a solution, especially when one of the others is RtO, but anyway. As far as TWF goes the version check is not that important and the addon should work just fine in 1.01 so you can just remove the version check.Two methods for that :Either- Grab an UTF8 compliant text editor (such as notepad2) or a full blown XML editor- Open you AddIns.xml file in My Doc / Bioware / DA / Settings and look for the Winter Forge element :<AddInItem UID="phae_mainmodule" Name="The Winter Forge" yada yada- Scroll down a bit and change the GameVersion element from 1.02 to 1.01<GameVersion>1.01</GameVersion>Or- Simply download the so-called "Mac version" of the lastest release on the project page. The only difference between the PC & Mac version is actually the game patch requirement, as the "mac version" is intended for the 1.01.
