Question about Borderlands Modding

Hey, I was wondering if there are any programs out there that directly modifie your weapons damage settings? I've searched around google and haven't found anything, so if you have any kind of program that doesn't just give you a list of parts - please point me towards the download site, or even a program name. Thanks in advance.

Nope, you can't change weapon's stats, that's decided by the game. But you can customize weapons and whatnot using a save editor.

I modded my self a weapon that can kill the destroyer in about five seconds, and it lags my game almost to a standstill.
