FOMM Crashing on package manager

Whenever I attempt to open up the package manager my FOMM will crash with the following error:

I've looked on other threads which said to try reinstalling FOMM and unchecking the general settings but that does not fix the problem. It started after downloading and installing the Vault 22 Flora overhaul.

some info that might be helpful in determening the cause, I've tried removing all of my mods manually from the game files with no success, and FOMM will crash whether I choose FO3 or FONV

Edit: I found out that splitterdistance refers to the size of the window, however, I still can't find a fix for it
