DLC not downloading

:wallbash: I had to uninstall and reinstall DAO but now in the downloadable content the 'available content', 'download progress' and 'installed content' tabs show nothing. So it will not/cannot find the dlc that I have redeemed or the purchased dlc. I have gone through the bioware social network looking for solutions and done everything on this link - http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/81613 - including loading them manually but alas still nothing. I have checked the 'services.msc and the DAO is started. I have cleared the cache. I have in fact unistalled 3 times now. I shutdown after each uninstall to ensure all traces of the game where gone and shutdown after installing, the only files I kept was my game saves, (which I can find and play, but I now clothes know as I bought them at soldiers peak, just to name a few problems) so I really need to get my DLC back. I am running Vista 32bit. Can anyone help me out? It's just not the same running around naked, with no weapons to play with or my battering ram "Shale". I hope I have given enough information.

:thanks: Thanks in advance for any help.

I have finally got them to load, Here is what did for those who may have the same problem I had. Save your game files to a folder that is not in DAO (I put mine in 'my documents). I then uninstalled the game. I then done the following steps from the link in my initial post.

0.1.14 Made sure my regional setting was US English

3.1/4.3/4.4 made sure I had show all users and done search to find all DAO files and deleted them (excluding the saved files above)

I then Shutdown

I then ran a registry check and fixed all errors

I the shutdown again

I then rechecked and made sure there was no DAO files in my computer

3.1.3.1 Made sure I was running as Administrator and reinstalled the game.

And it worked. Yeah

Thanks for the response Balagor I went through the step again after reading your response and that's when I realised that I must have some traces of the game somewhere in the system that was causing the problems. Cheers.
