Making movable objects unmovable

Yes, there are a couple of ways.

One is to extract the mesh of the object you want to make unmovable, then in the Geck, create a new static object and point its model to the extracted nif. Once done, you can delete the nif you extracted. You just need it extracted to point to it when selecting the model for your new static object.

Another way is to modify the nif physics setting and simply make it unmoveable by giving it a very large mass.

All of this depends on the type of object you are trying to make static.

If you just want to make something "unpickable" then just remove its name from the object when editing its base form. Its a good idea to make a new object when doing this (give it a new ID), so you don't affect every instance of this object in the game.
