bamspeedy
1. A warehouse for the player to buy/own that has ~50 chests for storage (the chests are at first empty and obviously doesn't reset-lose items). I don't want a house that is already stocked with all the items in the game, I want to find them myself and 'collect' them! I'm tired of downloading a house with "lots of storage space" to find it only has 5-10 chests. 2. A ring to wear or some other trigger that sets all stats (attributes and skills) to 100. Preferably one that I can just use once and it sets my stats to 100 (and not have to wear the ring forever). I've seen mods that set the stats to 255 and gives you all sorts of spells and powers (some of which the player is not supposed to ever get-they are reserved for NPCs). I don't want those extra spells and powers, or impossibly high stats (which if you increase them at all so that they go over 255, the stat goes back down to 0). Pronam
Hm, 1st one seems interesting. None the less, I know of a castle that'll contain 32 chests (close together, there are more but not that much concentrated.) that'll be released in the near future :P. However, a mods solely focused on being a warehouse would be nice I guess. Did you check this one? I don't know it, but it claims to have a number of containers. Yes, I did try that one and it was one those that was a dissapointment. 5 sacks, 5 crates and a chest. If you really can't wait maybe try this :Dhttp://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22843 That sure is huge! I'll have to explore it to see what it's like for certain. But if it's like most other huge castles then I'm looking for something a little smaller, so I don't need to go so far, and to several different rooms to get to all the different chests (like many times there may be dozens of chests but they are so spread out so there is only a couple of chests in each room). Palpenious
I don't know about the ring of permanence, but where do you want the warehouse? More specifically, do you particularly not want it in the Imperial City? Is there somewhere you spend more time? Worried about it fitting in with landscape? Want a bed, storage besides chests, etc. This should be exceptionally simple, I could have it by tonight if you don't have any specific requests other than that. Let me know

Let me know  Right now I don't really have much in the way of house mods, so someplace centrally located (in or near IC) is fine. I do have sexlivion that adds a door to the market district wall, and I have Starship Orion (straight East of Vilverin between the t and y on the 'Imperial City' name on the map). Heck, maybe there is a place on the exterior of the waterfront warehouses you could add a door. Don't want it in the temple district (wouldn't be accessible during MQ16, right?). I'm not that picky, a door in an existing wall or a portal in the ground somewhere is fine, rather than finding a open clearing in a field somewhere to build. A map marker for fast traveling would be preferred if it isn't inside a city or close to some other map marker. Don't need a bed, but I don't mind if you put a bedroll in there in case anyone else who wants to use the mod would like a bed in their warehouse. I'm not interested in display cases, alters, gardens or anything like that, there's plenty of mods for those. Just many, many chests. - I found something for my stats, I just took his work and with experimenting a bit I tweaked it more to my tastes (changed the script to be used on a ring rather than activating an orb, didn't give myself so much money, etc.). Just need to figure out how and where to put it someplace (but it's not so bad doing one console command to put it in my inventory...compared to the 25 times I would have to type a console command before getting this!) I like the script he used (setav), rather than my first attempt at modding (and others I've found) where they use the 'fortify stat'. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24516
Palpenious
OK, I'm thinking one of the building fronts added to the interior wall of Talos Plaza, similar to the warehouses on the waterfront. Maybe a small, second floor bedroom that can be avoided entirely if you wish. First floor will be furnished with a few shelves holding the chests, rather than lining them up in rows on the floor. Possibly sectioned to the itemized categories (a shelf/two for armor, for weapons, etc.). I'll start it up in a bit, should be done by later tonight or tomorrow (barring any unfortunate accidents) and I'll put a link up here when done to make sure you see it.
3rdtryguy
Have you looked at the Improved Imperial City waterfront shack? ( I forget the exact name, but it's something like that. )It is a MUCH nicer IC shack that still works like the original in every way. ( even works with many other mods affecting the shack! ) The best part, though, if you want storage, is the storage! I forgot how many shelves, chests, and drawers ( mostly drawers ) there are in the place, but it's around maybe 40. You've never SEEN so much storage space in one place, not even in Morrowind. The shack is about twice the size of the original, and almost every available surface is a container. Seriously, you've got to see this. There is even a nifty little covered dock behind it with some barrels and sacks. Palpenious, you should check this out, too, before you finish your mod. You might get some useful ideas. :) In fact, a luxurious Talos Plaza pad with storage like this could likely become one of the most popular housing mods ever made for the Imperial City, since lack of storage is a very common complaint, and people like luxury. Palpenious
Well, I didn't see the suggestion until I came back here with the finished mod but I'll check it out anyhow, maybe update the warehouse later. In any event the Warehouse is up now so check it out. Just inside the door is a welcome note with the layout and chest count. 1 chest of drawers2 miscellaneous chests8 book chests12 cupboards12 jewelry boxes16 scroll chests16 rare chests36 armor chests36 weapon chests32 ingredient chests32 potion chests=203? Sadly I can't code an auto-sorter so they'll have to be accessed manually. But each chest type is a unique reference so they are labeled "Armor", "Weapons", etc. Hope you like it. :) And let me know of any bugs or anything (though there shouldn't be). If you get slowdown in there let me know too, it's from the lights. I wanted to make it realistic, but if it hurts performance I'll just make a big glow in the room instead. bamspeedy
Thank you! Don't seem to have a problem with fps. If I did it wouldn't be as annoying as the lag I would get when I crammed too many things in chests when storage was limited! 3rdtryguy-Thanks, haven't looked at it yet, but I never would have expected that from a 'shack'. So many mods change/improve that shack (with not too much storage really added) I just started skipping over all 'shack' mods.
