Serious mod issues

Hi I have been having some serious problems lately with fallout 3 + mods. I have been following the suggested load orders and correct files, updates and what not, and it have been working pretty but then at some point it started giving me trouble everytime i play. More crashes, weird freezing when choosing perks and even in start up(never happened before)

But the biggest problem is that the game is broke everytime now, even if I change the order, tries to remove mods and start a fresh character.

 

Using FWE alternate start i can be in game pretty quick, and the first signs of a broken game is no sound when shooting and basically no buttons on the keyboard works, can't hit escape can't talk to npc's an so on i can only shoot and holster, red boxes show up and after a few moments the game crashes. i really don't know what to do or to look for with this issue and while occasional crashing is annoying this has made it unplayable. What can i do?

That's a metric buttload of mods for one thing. How many is it? There is a hardcoded limit of something like 254 plugins. Personally I start having issues at around 100. If you insist on running all of them ,try mergins some of the like plugins into a single esp with the FO3 Plugin Utility.
