Reinstalling Oblivion and have some questions regarding mods

I just upgraded my system and I was thinking about playing Oblivion again, I would LOVE to get a up-to-date list of "must haves" mods to get, my main focus is immersion and realism, nothing unbalancing... I'm just looking for stuff like:

Better weather, skies, textures, sounds, more monsters, more animals, better/more spells, more weapons (just clean realistic weapons, nothing overpowered unless its like a quest reward) better models, and perhaps some finer detail mods such as gold coin stacking or something to that effect to make treasure look better. (I have no problem with nude models either as long as it fits in natrually, not 100% showcased all the time)

I currently have shivering isles and all the DLC you can get, I would just LOVE a up-to-date recommendation of mods.

Overall, I'm just looking for the best of the best, then compiling it, then showing it off to friends and family.

Thanks in advance!
