iv'e tried to narrow it down to what mod is causing the sudden fps drops from 60 to around 39 but i'm having a hard time, iv'e already reduced my textures down to 1024 using optimizer textures.

Any help would be most apreciated.

its most likely ProjectRealityMkIv5HDR.esp=1,its one of the hardest hitting mods on the nexus when it comes to taking a s#*! on your preformance.With it active I only get 20fps and lower and without it active I rarely drop below 55fps. I dont see anything eles to be hitting super hard in your list,but disable project reality and check your fps afterawrds and if you still having problems hopefully someone else can help.
