Download a program called LOOT here: https://github.com/loot/loot/releases/tag/v0.5.0Use the LOOT.installer.exe file then run it. You do not have to download it to any specific location. Once you run it it will generate a detailed list of what's going on with your load order. The sever problems will be highlighted in red. You shold be able to find the problem and fix it after that.
