LE Infiltration spell.

I was wondering if someone could make a mod that lets you fire a spell at a humanoid or animal that lets you transform into that particular target, infiltrate enemy camps, caves and forts.

Alternate Actors should get the job done to some degree.

While not a spell, Armor Disguises, available on Steam, is a lot of fun. It adds two perks to the Sneak tree that lets you disguise yourself into different factions. Factions included are bandits, necromancers, hold guards, Stormcloaks and Imperials, as well as Forsworn and Thalmor, though the latter two have racial requirements, or requires the second perk.

 

It makes for easy assassinations or plundering, so give it a go.
