Loading games sometimes resets game status

I recently got a bug where i loaded a game where my character was lvl 30 and was at Carol's place in Underworld and suddenly my character was level 1, had no perks, no items, etc... and the map was blank and all the quests had been reset and he was outside the vault. Has anyone had this before? Here is my load order.

Hmm... I've never encountered such a problem before. Did you try loading the previous auto save? Was it also showing level 1?

Your save got corrupted some how. The only fix I know is to reload an old one.

I had this happen when I crashed entering Tranquility Lane.

I see. After saving, i went to quit and got a Blue Screen Crash(which is caused by my System Mechanic System Maintenence and Anti Virus software.) That probably has something to do with it.

Blue screen can be caused by over heating or older versions of graphic's card driver. Try updating your driver with the latest one, also update sound card drivers with the latest one. PC optimum temperature shouldn't be over 58c after an hour of gaming. To check PC temperature, you can download a free software called SpeedFan.
