Can I Teach Skills To Other?

Hi. Sometimes when I wander around, a person says to me "You look skilled in Alteration. How about you teach me" or "You look like a skilled Alchemist, how about mixing up some potions" or something similar. But when I talked to them, I expected a menu for training. How do I train others, as this looks like a good way to make money?

Not a bad idea though. It would be nice to teach companions skills and spells.
