Strange graphical glitch in Bitter Coast

I can see this type of plant as an opaque shadow through all solid objects. Not harvestable so I don't think it's my herbalism mod. I'm stumped. Here's the kicker: it only happens in the rain.

I already tried removing the Rain Splash mod and that wasn't it. Has anyone seen something like this before?
