For addons without scripts attached to them, it would really be great if a script could be added to darker colored armors and clothes to make them more effective for sneaking at night and less effective during the day. I can't imagine it would be overly complex but it would certainly improve the quality and depth of gameplay to an extent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cipscis Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 This could be done very simply by using a perk to add an ability that alters the player's sneak skill depending on what they're wearing (using a form list) and some way of guessing the amount of ambient light, probably via time of day. pwinkle Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Theres actually something very similar to what ur proposing...It packaged as part of the Call of Duty realism mod, but u can just use the one part if u dont want the whole thing....Its actually just a nighttime sneak boost, i think u can download it seperatly, its such a small plugin but it makes such a huge amount of difference, i dont know how i ever play without it...Nighttimes actually mean something now :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
