Voices of 3 dog and Eden come through clear but any song on them is choppy, I'm almost 100% sure it's not related to the washington monument quest since Enclave radio is this way too. Strangely it seems to come through fine on the stationary radios I find in the wastes, just not my pip boy. It's not an issue with my speakers since I run custom stations that are very clear.
