Porting Throwing Weapons From Morrowind

Hey there. One of the few disappointments I have with Oblivion is the absence of throwing weapons. There were some great throwing knives, darts, stars, etc in Morrowind. I can't be the only one who's thought about developing a mod to port those items into the game. Is anyone working on this? I'm not certain how it would be done (perhaps create an arrow for each type of throwing weapon with no rendered quiver, linked to the appropriate throwing weapon model, as well as a bow rendered as that model, then somehow script it to fire with the spellcasting-projectile arm motion instead of the bow-firing motion? Either that or create a projectile spell with the throwing weapon model replacing the magic-blast model?). If no one's working on this, does anyone have an idea on how it could be done? Thanks.
