TeutonicTitwillo Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 It is not mod related. Are you sure your settings are set to ultra high (even your texture settings?)? Try checking it again with your default Fallout 3 launcher and then options. You need to save the settings by pressing "okay" and not "cancel". I know this post is old as hell, but Thank You. This fixed my problem. I was getting bad textures with FOSE then I loaded the original launcher, saved settings, and started FOSE again. Bam! Problem solved.
